We are very excited to the announce the opening of Roy Osborne's latest exhibition in Bath, Square Divisions.
Roy is an pre-eminent colourist and International authority in colour theory. His paintings explore colour, pattern, illusory depth and texture and they typically feature horizontal, vertical diagonal or curvilinear divisions of a square.
Roy's work is truly mesmerising.
As an author, Roy has contributed to some 30 books on colour theory and in 2003 he was the first recipient of the Turner Medal of the Colour Group (Great Britain).
In 2019, Roy was the first recipient of the Medal for Colour in Art, Design and Environment of the International Colour Association.
